Service Description

The first weight loss injection starts at $49 a week (Semaglutide initial dosing). If you need to increase your dose, change medications, or you want to change your injection to another brand (Tirzepatide etc.), there could be an increase, or decrease in cost, depending on the brand and dose. Additional treatments and adjustments may also incur a change in cost. Patients must first see the physician for an initial evaluation and physical ($99 charge), prior to their first injection. This is necessary to be sure they are safe to participate in the weight loss program. No hidden fees. Please know we will always do our best to serve you in a cost effective and professional manner.
